Sharing is Fun

Sharing is usually not inherent in children. This virtue is taught in homes and in schools.

The K2 children had their lesson on sharing through a story that went like this: "Mimi the kitten is selfish and doesn't like sharing her toys. When her friends run off to play without her, Mimi is left all alone. She soon finds out that being selfish is not much fun ..."

The children were encouraged to display this virtue by bringing either food or toys to school and share them with their friends.
