Birthdays!

Birthdays are special in a way because they are indicators of time in our lives. When we come to our 30th birthday, we may not be so keen about birthdays because it means we are getting on in years. But to most young children birthdays are wonderful because they get presents and the attention from loved ones. The number of candles on their birthday cake could easily match the number of fingers on their hand. It is always a joy to see happiness written on the faces of young children when it comes to celebrating their birthdays!
