The Taste is in the Pudding

The Nursery and K2 children had an exercise in tasting several food items blind folded so that they use their sense of taste to identify the items. It is interesting to note that even though some of them may not be able to label the tastes: sweet, sour, bitter, hot, etc .. their faces tell a great deal. They stick out their tongues when the item is hot or bitter. They cringe their faces when the item is sour.
